I didn’t arrive at this work through theory.
I arrived here because I had to,
Hi my name is Damini
When I left home at 18 and moved countries,
I didn’t have the support I was used to.
And for the first time, I had to find stability,
peace, and a sense of self within me,
not outside of me.
That was the beginning.
Over the years, I went deeper,
into Vedic systems, Ayurveda, yoga,
and understanding how human experience actually works.
From the outside, things worked.
I built a successful business,
created a life that looked full.
But internally, I still experienced pressure,
disconnection, and burnout.
And that made something very clear.
This isn’t just about mindset.
It’s about how your whole system is operating
how you live,
how you see yourself,
and how you speak to yourself every day.
That’s what shapes your experience.
And that’s what I help you change.
Because no matter how much you achieve,
if that doesn’t shift,
it will never feel the way you expect it to.
My work draws from Vedic wisdom, lived experience, and working with clients across different stages of life and business.
