  • Registration is complete upon receipt of the first payment, either via the monthly or annual plan.

2. Membership Content:

  • The Membership includes access to digital materials, live Q&A sessions, energetic alignment sessions, business strategy trainings, and access to a private community.

  • All content is for educational, developmental, and informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or therapeutic advice.

3. Intellectual Property:

  • All materials shared within the Membership — including videos, audio recordings, written guides, digital downloads, and live call recordings — are the intellectual property of Damini Gallagher and protected by copyright laws.

  • Members agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any content outside of the Membership without prior written permission.

4. Participation and Conduct:

  • Members are expected to participate with respect and integrity toward Damini, team members, and fellow participants.

  • Any behaviour deemed harmful, disrespectful, or inappropriate (including harassment, discrimination, or abuse) may result in removal from the Membership without refund.

5. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations:

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be provided once access to the Membership has been granted.

  • For monthly subscriptions, you may cancel at any time, but access will remain active only until the end of the billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

  • For annual subscriptions, cancellation does not trigger a refund and access continues until the end of the paid term.

6. Disclaimer of Liability:

  • Damini Gallagher shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of Membership content or participation in live or digital sessions.

  • All members agree to use content at their own discretion and risk.
